Passionate about the beauty of Marlborough Sounds and eco sustainability, the original owners built the home in 2008 and opened to great reviews. In 2018, the property changed ownership with the new owners making the decision to rent out the entire property as a luxury lodge. In continuing the stewardship to the land and nature, all efforts were made to preserve the original pristine structure of the home.
