Starters/Entrees:

  • Seasonal local seafood, (2 of) scallops, crayfish, fish, paua, (abalone), mussels, whitebait, kina, (sea eggs) etc. Starters vary on availability of fresh seafood.

Mains:

  • Prime New Zealand Lamb rumps with herb crust.
  • Chicken breast marinated in garlic, lemon, olive oil, and ginger.
  • Breads, salads, and vegetables (varies on availability of fresh ingredients)
