Directions: &geocodeWe are approximately 45 minutes by water taxi from Picton. Water taxis run a regular service throughout the year and will drop you at furneaux jetty in front of the No Road Inn.
We are 5 hour walk from Ship Cove on the Queen Charlotte Track. Pack transfers can be arranged through your water taxi.
There are three water taxi companies all offering an excellent service and you get a tour of the Sounds while visiting historic places, stopping in bays and coves along the way to drop off passengers and freight. The skippers and crew of all the water taxis have a great knowledge of the Marlborough Sounds and will give a commentary on the cruise, don?t be shy to talk to them, they love to share the Marlborough Sounds with you.
